- To award scholarship to the best graduating pupils from public primary schools to secondary schools in Owan.
- To sponsor intelligent indigent people in Owan to acquire basic education.
- To organize sport competition in public primary/secondary schools in Owan.
- To organize free seminars in different disciplines in the public primary/secondary schools in Owan.
- To donate relief materials to any area in Owan where natural disaster occurred.
- To aid indigent widows in Owan with financial support.
- To organize and sponsor free medical test and treatment for indigent people of Owan.
