The Foundation provides humanitarian aid to people (pupils) in public Primary/Secondary Schools, women and widows in Owan.

The Foundation does the following:

1. The Foundation awards scholarship to the best graduating pupils from public primary/secondary schools in Owan.
2. Sponsor intelligent people to acquire basic education in Owan.
3. Organize sport competition in public primary/secondary schools in Owan.
4. Organize free seminars in different disciplines in the public primary/secondary schools in Owan.
5. Donate reliefs material to any areas in Owan where natural disaster occurred.
6. Aid indigent women/widows in Owan with financial support.
7. Organize and sponsor free medical test and treatment for indigent people in Owan.
